Kay is an experienced Senior Physiotherapist. With over 15 years of experience and post graduate masters qualifications, Kay is an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist. She also holds qualifications in DMA Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling.
Kay’s experience includes physiotherapist at the Commonwealth Games, World Cup Gymnastics and Hockey Championships, along with work in AFL. As well as high level sport, Kay has also worked in private practice for many years now, treating a range of conditions and people of all ages, right through from children to the elderly.
Kay enjoys treating musculoskeletal and Sports injuries, with particular interests in back and neck pain, knee, and ankle pain. She provides pre and post-operative physiotherapy for those undergoing orthopaedic surgery such as hip and knee replacements & shoulder surgery, as well as treating common ailments such as osteoarthritis and overuse injuries.
In her spare time Kay enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 young children, travelling and going to the beach.
